Another miserable day, and I feel miserable too. My GP is maybe a 7 stone waif, but 10 minutes of her prodding and poking and I feel like I have done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
