Ambil yg 8 jam aja kak. Buka puasanya minum air putih dulu, bisa menunda lapar. Kalo ga bisa OCD saat puasa, off dulu aja, kontrol asupan pake FS 😉.

@andyameliratnasari apa aja yg penting ada karbo,lauk,sayur.aku sekeluarga sudah 6 bulan ini mengkonsumsi nasi merah. tiap makan 80% kenyang. kalau lapar lagi, ngemil buah atau jus yg ditambah susu kefir 1x aja.banyak minum air putih kuncinya untuk tahan lapar.
