FS works if you work it! I have never stayed on a "diet" for this long. I can't believe I'm almost in the 160's and it's really amazing going back and reading my weigh in comments. Yesterday my 24 year old daughter said, Mom,you look 30! I said yes! I lost 30 pounds! She said "No, I mean you look 30!
