Slow progress, and cycle-wise, I don't expect the lowest weigh-in this week, but I think I am getting somewhere. I have definitely been better lately about getting in the exercise regularly. I am still worried about how I am going to do that part well during the winter, but I have to try. I have come too far to let my hard work go!
