It was only to be expected. My weight was rising anyway (towards the next Whooosh), and yesterday's debacle was the cherry on top. According to TrendWeight I have a small drop this week, but the figure I post here, as it has been from the beginning, is the weight my scales showed this morning. I am also intending to measure my waist measurement and "Pinch", and will record these weekly, as well. I did not go for my morning constitutional today as it is pouring rain. It is slowly shifting last night's snow. There was a large snowman on one of the grassy roundabouts this morning. Whoever built it must have done so around midnight! I have an hours dancing lesson before lunch, so that will give me my daily exercise.
