Happy Sunday FS!
Woo hoo down a tad! I will take any tad the snarly scale dishes out. ;-) Not that I don't work for it. I know the scale is not the judge of all but it sure feels good to see it lower.
Things I realize. I did not feel deprived at the dinner party Friday night. Yes, I was fearful of the unknown before I arrived but I was able to make the right choices for me and felt good. I also don't use as much salt as i use to. I've always craved salt and was tempted to put a salt lick out back at one point. So I wonder why that is? Water, I now know when I am thirsty and not hungry.
Scooting around FS I found comments re Zig Zagging. Never heard of that before but it seems to make sense. Also from that article, it made me wonder if I am eating enough calories. I've never been a big eater but the things I gravitate to really pack the pounds on me....bread, pasta, pizza and more bread. Oh, and ice cream. ;-) Anyway, I'm going to try to switch things up. Although to be honest, when drinking all my water, I am not hungry.
Challenges for the week. Our office Thanksgiving is Friday with a full catered spread. I have company arriving Friday night to begin our family Thanksgiving celebrations. Company will be here about 10 days. Plus I am going to see the new Twilight movie, Breaking Dawn, Friday night and can't wait ... Oh, and I love popcorn too! Busy week filled with challenges. I will get through it though.
