This upward trend has got to stop. My 40th high school reunion is June 11. Restarting my diet today (again). I really want to be back down to my lowest at least by the reunion. I was hoping to be at goal by reunion, but don't think I will have time to make it now. This quitting smoking really threw a wrench into my dieting will power!

Hang with it - maybe add some movement to the routine to burn a few more calories?

Get out there and dance. You should have increased lung power now to be able to do it longer, and it's fun! You can even do it in the house without music - makes your family wonder about you!
You're doing great. It's hard to concentrate on more than one habit at a time. You'll get there!
