losing 0.7 lb a week

I am very good with my diet however i am not losing much weight. got only 200g down in one week :(. I record everything I eat. I do not record all the exercise . Mostly is running around after a 2 years old boy / walking with him/ playing / cooking etc ( very little rest). Any suggestions are more than welcome thx
