Yeah, stay away from Atkins products. Anything processed or refined is best left untouched.

You know, Phil. It is like you are best to stay away from anything in a package, or microwaved. Why I go to the 99 Cent Store to get fresh veggies.

Your right Philmck...I'll hide them from myself! I'm going to attempt 64 oz of water a day this week and then increase next week to 96 oz a day.
