First time off of the downward trend. I went on a business trip to Seattle and ate off diet. Pretty much back on track now, and I have turned up the intensity on my training now that its getting warmer outside. Also beginning renovations on my house this weekend.
I'm not this monotone in real life, I promise.

HCB. I've been nursing them very well. As far as I can tell the right bicep and left rhomboid are back at 100% I still wear my compression sleeve on the bicep and tread lightly while training. So far so good.

As a lifter, I always look at eating off diet as a break for the body and the mind. You know the drill. No big deal.
