i bounce with the 2/3 pounds all the time ... with me it has to do with Body holding fluids or ahem... did i have a good GO this am..??but as long as I stay on track with the low carbs I can handle the bouncy.. but boy if it went up ,more i would be on top of ..WHAT IN THE HECK DID I EAT...to do this..
you have done and are doing good so just hang on ... how is the leg? doing.. down here in GA we are doing really well...... have a good day
