Hello all and Happy Wednesday!
Down a tad and I'll take it! I need to drink more water. I've been drinking too much tea (to keep warm). :)
Watched Biggest Loser last night. So inspirational and wow the weight loss numbers were amazing!

Agree with loosin,' good job! I think tea is pretty good too. When I drink a lot of coffee I don't worry so much about the water (and I usually drink quite a bit of coffee).
