I think this 2 pound loss has to be from water, the only thing that might have changed is I am drinking more water, and in the last three days since starting fat secret I can actually see how much I am eating and my percentage of fats, carbs and protein. So far very happy I found this spot. I'm getting a food scale today.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You will lose those last few pounds. It has taken me about 2 months to lose my last 5 pounds. Sometimes I crack and eat like a crazy person, then get right back on plan.
