You get big variations when you're a big bloke. Both yesterday and today's weights were taken after I'd woken up and had a pee but before coffee or eating. Big difference, isn't it? But maybe not if you look at it in the context of my overall size.
305.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 28.0 lb a week

I always weigh myself first thing after having a wee and before having a drink - I can have variations of upto 1kg....it's amazing how much of a difference going for a wee makes.

A pint of water weighs a pound and a quarter. I always do my ablutions immediately before weighing myself, and before my first coffee of the day.
