- ate wayyyyy to many ( graham crackers , 12 of them at 120c for 4
other wise i would probably have made it to 182 or less
so, today we restart
183.0 lb Lost so far: 52.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
