I think you've started a little landslide with the new diet regime, "well done you" I think sometimes you just have to tweak around with the food intake to find out what suits you personally ( Nobody knows your body like you do) except the Mrs.....Hope your smiling now .....

Hope I can keep things rolling as I am coming up on some important landmarks (5 stone lost, lowest weight this century and 25% of body gone).
