I wore an outfit last night that I haven't been able to get on for at least a year. I felt really good and I was told a number of times that I was looking great. It's very motivational and inspirational when the changes start to be recognised by others.
201.7 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
