MY CURRY N GINGER SOUP has :
carrots
onions
garlic
butternut
tomato
celery
zucchinni
sweet potato

and that has my 8 veggies per day
my question is , half cup or a full cup ???
187.2 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
