Thanks guys. I'm actually rather dissapointed as I stayed on track the entire week and abstained from any and all goodies that were offered. Ah well, continue on and see what next week has to offer. It has to come off, it can't stay forever... at least not with these calorie deficits.

I did that once then weighed the next day and I had lost. 😆 so as long as I'm putting in the effort and my scale doesn't move I'm ok with it bc I know it will eventually.
