This morning I ate lunch for breakfast, logging it in lunch area on fatsecret though. I noticed it tasted good. but not delicious. I think I need to avoid eating DELICIOUS foods, since I will eat because it is Delicious, not because I need it. I think I would have eaten twice as much of this lunch if it had been delicious.
