Had another really good week, I started my new job last week and surprisingly found it really easy to stick to plan, despite doing a 15hr shift. The other staff don't nibble overly much, so I am not surrounded by people constantly eating. This week should be much of the same, so hope to stick to plan again, I do not have any events that involve food planned. I am walking to work, so I am getting my exercise, but I am working a bit further away this week, so walking will be weather dependent, as it is a 30 minute brisk walk. Also, I am not so keen on walking in the dark late at night.
