So close I can almost taste it. Less than half a pound to my goal.
I am now at a weight that I'm happy with. If I don't lose another pound, it'll be ok, I look and feel good. However, I'm going to change my goal to 175 and work slowly towards that.
180.4 lb Lost so far: 54.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
