Today I start the 5/2 fast eating method. I want to do it more to achieve spiritual goals than anything else. My focus is on seeking to know The Universe's purpose for my life by regular contact with spiritual energy and practices like meditation, aligning chakra's etc. I find 2 fast days helps with my mental clarity and freedom from food and weight preoccupation. I plan to weigh each Monday only. We'll see how it goes!
