Passed the weekend differently than I thought I would, and partly as a result, have indulged in a number of things (like a bacon-and-egg breakfast, and nice bread) that I have foregone (or mostly) for a long time. Still, I don't want to feel too bad about it. I am still losing weight (maybe not yesterday and today, though), and I will lose more.
I used to really panic about deviating from my program, afraid that if I did so, I wouldn't be able to continue. I am learning to trust myself more. However, I still need to be back on track tomorrow. This is more than possible to do.
