i saw this challenge on friday and decided to join it. 2015 was a bad year for my health, but great for my career. when you concentrate too hard at being successful you tend too neglect yourself. i gained about 25 kg without even noticing it, i've always been the well built athletic type. time too take back my health. i made up my mind friday morning and detoxed myself with lemon and ginger water the entire weekend. and i lost about 1kg just this pass weekend. my schedule doesn't allow me too get to a gym. but i will try and get some exercise at home with free weights and
exercise bike. but i'm determine to do this. i'm focused and alive and feel overwhelmed at this moment...75kg. i'm coming for you..
219.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
