Week 4: Christmas is over. Not too much damage to my diet. The carbs were under control (~17g/day). I had one day 1500 calories, but I still managed to keep the average around 1000. The calorie deficit was about 16000 for the whole week, which supposed to result in about 2.3 Kg weight loss. It didn't happen. Probably the water retaining could be the reason. I didn't exercise too much. I only had a 10K run on Sunday with a 5.50/Km pace. My hip is still not behaving as it should... For the next week I foresee something similar as for this one. It would be nice to do a bit better result on the weight loss, though.
