Christmas was nice, even though my partner flew south & I stayed home with our cat. I made some great healthy food, and some decadent dark chocolate peppermint fudge filled peppermint bark... I ate quite a lot. ;)
I stayed active; did my physical therapy exercises, rode my exercise bike, went to Zumba a few times, and walked a fair amount.
My car accident has messed with my body; my cervical vertabrae keep getting rotated, and I have mild vertigo from that. The last couple days, I've had a really bad headache. I have a nifty Cranio Cradle from physical therapy; it's used to relax the muscles around those vertebrae, as well as others. I need to use it more, and do some gentle stretching.
My partner gets back tonight; I baked a loaf of ivory whole wheat flaxseed bread and some ivory wheat blueberry muffins to welcome her home. :)
Her son-in-law gave her a DeLonghi Dedica espresso machine for Christmas & she's bringing it back on the plane with her. I cleaned off the kitchen counter to make a place for it. I also bought some LavAzza ground espresso, and some of the organic half & half she likes. Darn, I forgot nonfat milk. I will be fine with my unsweetened coconut milk....
So, all in all, I'm doing well.
