Dismal start to Christmas Day with a 2lb gain. I was at the top end of my RDI range for a couple of days through the week but went a bit over yesterday. Had champagne and then a couple of large mince pies. Don't imagine next week's weigh in will be any better!!!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
