Hang in there, the last 10 lbs are the hardest to lose! I'm in the same boat. My body is just resisting going that extra little bit! If other people do this every day, we can do it too!!

I will do thank you. These last 7 have been a nightmare and some days gets mw down and I have to remind myself in smaller than have been in years and healthy. Booze has been the reason for my gain. Sober January should help I hope lol we can definitely do this and get to our targets

I've not weighed in as I know it will be up and probably wont have hit my pre-Xmas target of 14.5 stone!! Will have one more concerted effort over the next few days and try and get close to it. Have a good Xmas and good luck! Dont be too hard on yourself, everything in moderation!!!
