I got a little lazy with tracking last month! Though I still think I'm doing alright, considering everyone else at work had horror stories about how much they gained their first month working there lol.

Starting this week I'm going to make more of an effort to track what I eat and actually exercise outside of work - with all the holiday overtime it's been a bit difficult to motivate myself to move when I'm home, but that should be ending soon. On the plus side, it earned me enough that I bought some nice puerh tea :)
215.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
