@soonsoonsoon Paleo is really tough. THe hardest part is staying away from the grains and dairy here and there. For instance once a week i just want a burger with the bun. Only grain I eat every so often is rice. Also if I want coffee, I want to put cream in it.
Those are the tough ones. I have no issue not eating pasta and beans etc. I just would like to get myself to give it all up for 30 days and see how it effects me. My issue is I need top stop having little cheats here and there to get the fat loss going. I am not looking to drop "weight" I am looking to drop fat because I am seriously strong and I see crazy muscle tone in my legs/arms and shoulders. If I can get some BF% loss I will look more cut
