I've lost a total of 50 lbs!!!
These last 5 took what feels like a long time. I have been having more days where I don't log my intake. I need to get better about doing that :) I'm having a big meal tonight, in prep for a 4 mile run tomorrow morning.

Hopefully the next 5 won't take as long.
