Thank goodness I went down instead of up. Even if I'm not losing, I do feel more confident about being able to control my weight. The way I eat right now does not feel restrictive at all and it allows me to maintain. But I know I have to do a calorie-reduction phase to take off this last 15 to 20 pounds. I may need to change my goal from 135 to 140 because I may look too shriveled.

Maybe your body is settling into it's ideal weight. It's more about how you look and feel - not a number. That's why I set my goal at 145. That's what I weighed in college, and I was in pretty good shape. If I go below 145, I look bony.

I guess it depends on your height and bone structure. I discovered that I have shrunk by about an inch! I used to call myself 5-6 and now my height is barely 5-5. In college I weighed around 125, which was thin for my average to big-boned frame. So I figured that 135 would be right, but 140 is acceptable. How tall are you, Rune?
