Only 1 pound lost since Oct 5... but less fat, more muscle and clothes fit looser, still not really "dieting" although very aware of keeping the calorie input less than the calorie output in a day and week. Also more aware and careful with calorie dense food and quantity control.
Resting heartrate +/- 47 bpm, leg strength/endurance is very high and I'm really looking forward to the upcoming ski season :)
