Argh! This is painful...I understand this is a process, but I spent my week pretty dedicated to the the healthier eating and less eating, I was expecting more. I have to remember, I am responsible for the efforts and not the outcome...

Look at how much you have lost. As you get closer to goal, you may have to eek out those last pounds a little at a time. Just keep on keeping on. You are doing great.

I voiced nearly the exact same sentiment today and someone pointed out... If you hadn't have stuck to the diet so well, no telling how much you would have gained.`

Every loss is a success; even a plateau is a win. This is a journey and there are going to be tough parts on your path. Hang in there!

You may be losing inches. If you have someone hide your scale for a month, you should be able to feel your clothes fitting differently and let go of the stress of a scale.

Tamarah Jo's one of the biggest motivators/battle buddies/supporters you'll find on FS, and Kcal's advice is sound. Keep it up!!!
