I did pretty well yesterday in terms of calories at just under 2000, although I was aiming for closer to 1800. However, I had one beer, at 200 calories, so that was the difference. However, I was very active yesterday including a dog walking, yard work, lifting, and rock climbing. Today is a rest day from climbing and lifting, so it will be trickier to get to an elevated exercise rate, plus there is a bottle release party at our local brewery and I am stopping in to taste a flight of rare beers on tap. hopefully soccer on saturday and climbing/hiking on sunday will offset my friday.
