So fried cabbage with a little chicken. Steamed broccoli with butter and steak or pork. Cocoanut oil fat bombs. Olive oil and parm on lettuce and cucumber with chicken. Eggs any style with butter.... Over easy with the runny yolk try scooping in toasted pork rinds (doesn't take long)
