I have been away for most of July and August. Some road trips, some flying trips. I have not really paid too much attention to what I ate but I have been generally pretty active, except of course when driving a lot. I am going to work really hard at losing weight from here on in. Since roger is gone I no longer have that as a distraction. Wish me luck.
