This weekend I will try and not to indulge. I had a chat with some family members. So no more sweets. Had to agree with rice, potatoes and red meat (they love grilling) but will see if I can figure out a way to keep calories low. It should work.

Cool. You can always have a bite of the sweets if it will satisfy them and it won't derail you. You'll do fine.
