ok, sooooo i've been off my schedule for what seems like a month or more, but i am really inclined to make an effort this time. So. My starting weight approximately 70-71 kilos and i want to lose five by the end of August. So.......
I had ceased working out for a while but i hope that from tomorrow i ll go up on that horse again!!!
