I’m keeping on keeping on. I realize that I don’t have to do 2100 calories everyday. I can forgive myself when I mess up and go over a couple of hundred calories or so. It’s a much slower process with small-sized yo-yos but it’s progress nonetheless. I didn’t gain all this weight in a short period of time so I’m ok to lose it slowly.
