Yay closer to my goal. It WAS to be 140 by this weekend but with that 5.5 week rut back in May, it didn't happen so I changed my goal to 145 by the end of June and I sure hope that .2 goes by the 30th.

my husband keeps telling me to STOP looking at the scale lol. He actually gets mad at me when I talk about my weight. It just frustrates me when the scale doesn't move because i like to see numbers. Yes, I've read "Why the Scale Lies" but I still want to see those numbers go down lol. I feel good, I feel motivated, I know I eat well, even though I've been eating hershey kisses lol (BUT I've been counting them in my intake :-) ) But I also started my period this week so I know that can hold on to some weight. Thankfully, it's coming to an end here. My measurements haven't really moved a whole lot over the past 3 weeks. Just half an inch in my hips and half in my waist and that's it. But NEXT Saturday is actually measure and document day, so we'll see. I did sneak a peek measurement in my waist this morning but no change.
