this month has been a hard one, full of ups, downs, highs/lows. very stressful with death of nephew, then happy getting to go camping!. eating habits have followed routine, and veered off course a few times. but very happy with today's weight of 128.2, but moreover, very pleased with the months average coming in at 127.01#!!! have walked 132 miles this month as of yesterday, still will add today's in as well, but overall a pretty good month health wise!!
