If the peanut butter is too tempting don't have it in your house or only in small amounts. That way you can't overeat. Have a nice weekend.

I can relate, nuts are my weekness. I think the only way to prevent it to get a less satisfying type. It makes it easier to resist. Have a great weekend.

Have you tried a product called PB2? It is a powdered form of peanut butter that actually tastes really good! You use 2 tbsp of the powder and mix it with 1 tbsp of water. It is 45 calories, 5g of protein and 1.5 g of total fat. I find that it satisfies my peanut butter craving. I also use it in the powder form as a dip for an apple.
