lol people are always claiming you can spot reduce fat in your stomach to see your abs maybe I should ask the fat secret community how to spot reduce fat in my fingers 🤔

Cold water hand bath, 5-10 minute, then warm for 5-10...or longer on both if this doesn't give you enough 'slimming' effect. If it's actually fat, the results will be minimal. If it's edema, it can make a lot of difference.
