Doing Paleo diet (w/ additional restrictions) + 19/5 IF. Have maintained at <170 since 10/2013 (except 2 months <175). Have been consistently under 170 since 8/2014. Recently dropped back under 160 after a 7 lb gain over the winter. By how things are going, it looks like I'll be dropping farther.
