had Drank a gal of water yesterday and it is still not off me and I weighed in early and I didn't sleep well last night again and woke up with my left rib area hurting hopefully it goes away and I have a big drop here soon..
314.8 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 94.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry about your rib area hurting. Since I'm hoping to get the lowest weight possible on the scale I weigh in the morning naked before I have anything to drink (or eat). Usually, my bowels move relatively early so I wait for that before I even have my coffee. It's only occasionally that I'd have to wait more than a few minutes or an hour. Yes, I am anxious to have my coffee, but it is one of my disciplines. Sometimes I do much better with my discipline than other times. I seem to go on a roll. When I fall "off the wagon" it might take me a year to get back on. My self-control is an enigma to me.
