Started and ended the month essentially the same. Only made it to lift 10 times though I had plenty of time to get there most days. Overate several days. Thus no real gain or loss. I was supposed to be back to my goal by my anniversary 10/2. 10 months into the year already and down 0.4 from January 1. Disgusted but hopeful that I can turn things around. Just checking in.
