Finally got home to weigh-in! I'm not disappointed with my tiny drop. After reading all my previous journals I saw that my loss rate was close to the same as now and it just takes time. Meanwhile, I have been enjoying my choice of healthy foods. However, I think things will speed up when I'm finished with this graveyard job...then I can get back to my gardening. Boy, do I have spring fever...can't wait to get my place in shape.
