Not much for a loss this week, but it’s been a super stressful and hectic one. I find that if I don’t have my protein smoothie in the morning right away, I want to snack or eat things I shouldn’t at night. At least all the activity kept me from gaining despite my poor food choices.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
